Mulipola Lemalu Maletino Teofilo appointed CEO of Ministry of Customs

Cabinet has approved the appointment of Mulipola Lemalu Maletino Teofilo as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Ministry of Customs.

The appointment is for a three-year term.

Mulipola brings experience from his service across several Government ministries and international organisations in the Pacific region.

He holds a Master of Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Southern Cross University in Australia.

He also holds a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma of Commerce from the National University of Samoa and the University of the South Pacific.

Mulipola hails from the villages of Moamoa, Vaiusu, Tuana‘i and Leauva‘a.

Cabinet also acknowledged the service of Fonoti Talaitupu Lia-Taefu, who served as Chief Executive Officer for the past three years.
