Despite the National University of Samoa offering numerous opportunities for students to pay their tuition fees without financial penalties, the administration has discovered that eight hundred and thirty-eight students have yet to settle their tuition bills.
To ensure fair treatment for all students at Papa i Galagala, the University’s administration publicly announced decisions to be made.
“Starting Wednesday, 10th April, those who have not paid will no longer be able to use Moodle unless they come forward with a parent to sign an agreement to pay the tuition by this Friday, 12 April 2024.
“All students who have not paid their tuition are advised to sign an agreement for a payment plan for their tuition and pay a portion of it upfront.
“Signing this agreement and paying part of the tuition will allow Moodle access to be reinstated.”
As stated, if by Monday, 15th April, an agreement has not been signed as mentioned above and a portion of the tuition has not been paid, the University will cancel the registration and remove the names from the list of boys and girls studying at the University this semester.
