Three men convicted for possession of illegal drugs

It took only one day for the Police Narcotics Division to conduct investigations and to apprehend the three men.

The 33-year-old man from Sinamoga and Vaimoso, as well as the 38-year-old man from Alafua and Siuniu, were found with an amount of ice weighing approximately 4 grams, along with marijuana, and smoking paraphernalia, when they were apprehended. They appeared in court on the 11th of this month.

Another man, aged 31 from Faleasiu and Fasitoo uta, was apprehended by the police in Faleata during a raid at a rental property in Tulaele and was found with packets of cocaine.

The operation also targeted the market in Fugalei, based on reports by the public. The police express their gratitude to the public for their vigilance and support.
