Ready Homes Samoa has secured two key partnerships to support its vision of delivering smart, secure, and connected housing for Samoan families.
The company officially launched in Samoa on 29 September 2024, after more than a year of planning, development, and design work. It offers fully modular container homes, pre-built with smart automation features and now bundled with both internet and insurance support.
Ready Homes is co-owned by Fuimaono Jack Siō and Muliaga Robert Ash, both listed as directors of the Samoa-registered entity.
Fuimaono Jack Sio, one of the directors of Ready Homes, said securing local insurance support was an important step in giving families confidence to invest in container-style housing. He thanked Aloali’i John Low, Managing Director of Samoa Surety Insurance, for backing their application and agreeing to provide both house and contents cover for their customers.
“This wasn’t a quick approval — it took time and trust to get here,” Fuimaono said. “We’re grateful John saw the value of what we’re trying to do.”
He also acknowledged Digicel Pacific CEO Karl Vizvary for supporting their vision by providing internet through Starlink and WiFi services.
“Our homes are smart by default — they’re built to connect. Karl and his team made that possible.”
Each Ready Home includes voice-controlled lighting, air conditioning, and security features. With the addition of internet and insurance as part of the standard offering, the company says it aims to make the move-in process simple and stress-free for Samoan families.
The team says the goal has always been to remove the barriers people face when trying to secure a safe and modern home; especially young families. By bundling in services like connectivity and insurance from the start, Ready Homes believes it is offering more than just a building; it’s offering peace of mind.
