Cabinet reappoints Sautiamaiavasa as CEO of Samoa Housing Corporation

Cabinet has approved the reappointment of Afioga Sautiamaiavasa Titimaea Tiotio as Chief Executive Officer of the Samoa Housing Corporation.

The Government said the reappointment reflects confidence in his leadership and his commitment to advancing affordable housing and property services for the people of Samoa.

Sautiamaiavasa was first appointed CEO in 2023, after serving as Assistant Chief Executive Officer from 2020. He first joined the Samoa Housing Corporation in 1999 and has since built more than two decades of experience in Samoa’s housing sector.

A graduate of the National University of Samoa, Sautiamaiavasa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

The Government said he has played an important role in strengthening the Corporation’s operations and service delivery, while supporting its mandate to improve housing opportunities and living conditions for Samoan families.

Cabinet congratulated Sautiamaiavasa on his reappointment and said it looks forward to his continued leadership of the Samoa Housing Corporation in the years ahead.
