The launch introduced several innovative housing models tailored to Samoa’s tropical conditions. Among the key highlights was the Dawson Capsule, a futuristic 1-2 bedroom space, ideal for beach fale accommodation and Airbnbs. Also featured was the MariaRose Pod, a studio design with modern aesthetics, and the Isabella Expandable 20ft Container, offering a two-bedroom layout with a kitchen and living area. Larger families were catered for with the Ronaze 40ft Container, a three-bedroom option. Additional models include the Raewyn Studio 20ft, Elijah Deluxe 20ft, and Zoe Ensuite, designed to suit diverse living needs.

The primary target market includes the Samoan diaspora, local residents, first-time home buyers, and the tourism sector. Ready Homes Samoa aims to provide affordable, high-quality, modular living spaces with faster construction times and lower labour costs. Each unit comes with warranties, insurance, and finance packages, ensuring peace of mind for buyers.

Robert Ash, co-owner of Ready Homes Samoa, shared the company’s mission with passion during his remarks,

“Everyone deserves a beautiful, comfortable, affordable, and well-built home. For every unit sold, $1,000 will go towards our House of Family Foundation, helping make a family’s dream come true.”

The future of Ready Homes Samoa looks promising, with Phase 2 focusing on opening a factory in Apia to manufacture modular homes locally, creating jobs and boosting the Samoan economy.

Collaborations with local companies, including SSAB, Samoa Surety Insurance, Schwalger Builders, and Foxtail Build, will further enhance the services offered.

The Board of Directors—Dr. Claude Rizk, Fuimaono-Naoia Jack Siō, and Robert Ash—are excited about Ready Homes Samoa’s potential to transform the housing market with their innovative and cost-effective solutions, making homeownership a reality for many.
