A new Visa Application Centre (VAC) has officially opened in Samoa, enhancing the accessibility and efficiency of New Zealand visa processing services for Samoan residents.
This move is part of Immigration New Zealand’s (INZ) ongoing commitment to streamline visa services and support applicants by bringing the process closer to home.
The centre, located at Unit 12, Le Sanalele Complex, Taufasi Road, Apia, Samoa, will manage the submission and initial processing of visa applications, including visitor, student, and work visas.
It aims to reduce wait times and logistical challenges previously faced by applicants needing to send documentation overseas or travel to other regional centres for processing.
INZ representatives have indicated that the opening of this VAC will provide applicants with comprehensive support, including biometric enrolment and document verification services.
This development aligns with INZ’s broader goal of improving service delivery and ensuring that visa application processes are as accessible and user-friendly as possible.
