After spending years in prison at the age of 16 due to his involvement in gang violence in Los Angeles, America, Brian Warth surrendered his life to Jesus and has since become a Church Minister.

His life story has resonated deeply, surprising many who knew him in his youth. It has sparked transformations in those inspired by the positive change he has made in the United States.

For the first time, the Chapel of Change ministry, led by Pastor Brian Warth in the US, will host an impactful event this coming Sabbath (April 21) called ‘Fresh Hope’. The event aims to deliver powerful messages to young people, urging them to make wise decisions and change their lives.

Samoa is currently facing an increasing number of young individuals grappling with challenges such as suicide, loss of identity, peer pressure, drugs, violence, and hopelessness.

Consequently, the Honourable Laaulialemalietoa Leuatea Polataivao Fosi Schmidt announced on social media the Samoan Government’s approval of this initiative. Our leaders and parents are eager to see signs of positive change in the lives of our future leaders to ensure good governance for our nation.

Chapel of Change has partnered with Supernatural Fellowship (SNF), a youth organisation in Samoa comprised of young people devoted to serving the Lord Jesus.

Founded by Apostle Cruise and Pastor Marissa Westerlund, SNF has organised events in the past aimed at helping young people.

This year, for the first time, they have collaborated with local Car Clubs in Samoa, such as “Big Boys Automotive,” “Leai Sau Feau (LSF),” “Street Outlaws,” “Legends Elite Truck Club,” and “Jesus Car Club.” These clubs will participate in the event, showcasing their impressive cars in front of the Government Building.

A statement from SNF revealed that Pastor Brian preaches the hope he found in Jesus during his time in prison to people all over the world.

This year, he and his team of about 20 members have included Samoa in their itinerary to share a message of hope for the hopeless.

The event will feature live music, skits, fun activities, and giveaways.

According to Apostle Cruise Westerlund,

“It is going to be a very special event for young people and it will be a memorable night for many of them. The entire program is designed to inspire and uplift our youth during Fresh Hope Sunday.”
