The Global Women New Zealand – Breakthrough Leaders Program consists of a diverse group of female leaders from New Zealand who use this platform to further advocate for female leadership. This year’s cohort included several women of Samoan and Tongan ethnicity, holding leadership roles in New Zealand’s educational, accountancy, finance, energy, communications, military, and business sectors, among others.
