How to access Starlink services in Samoa:

Customers can order directly from Starlink’s website. - Local resellers and retailers
Starlink satellite units are available locally through:- Official resellers: Digicel and Vodafone.
- Official retailers: CSL and Bluebird Lumber.
Important notices:
- Overseas retailers like Noel Leeming, The Warehouse, or any unlicensed sellers are not authorized to sell Starlink products in Samoa.
- Only resellers and retailers with written approval from SpaceX are recognized by Samoa’s Regulator.
Registering Starlink units:
Customers purchasing Starlink units abroad must register their devices in Samoa via Starlink’s website to access the local tariff. This avoids roaming charges and enables the $139 Tala per month unlimited residential plan. Tariffs for businesses and government offices are listed on Starlink’s website.
Legal reminder:
Selling Starlink units in Samoa without prior approval from the Regulator is illegal. Approved seller confirmations must be issued by SpaceX.
